We've tried to cover off every eventuality below, and we will continue to update as further questions are asked; but, if you cannot find the information you are looking for, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your squad must contain a minimum of 28 players. There is no maximum squad size.
The make-up and balance of your squad is completely at your discretion.
The total value of the salaries in your squad cannot go above your salary cap, which for our Premiership fantasy is £6.0m.
You may only choose a maximum of 6 players from any one club (though this increases for the knockout stages, more details under gameweeks below).
Your gameweek team is made up of 23 players, picked from your squad. Our fantasy competitions include rolling gameweek closures; players whose clubs have started their fixtures within a gameweek will become unavailable for selection/transfer. This however, allows you to change players who might drop out before a fixture begins, or leave spaces in your team in the event of delayed team announcements.
Points will be earned by every member of your gameweek team, irrespective of whether they are on the bench or not.
You can ensure you have picked a team of players who are playing during the gameweek by upgrading your game to include the following indicator discs:Starting
Players involved in cancelled fixtures will accrue the average score earned over the associated gameweek by all those players who played in the gameweek (for their clubs, not for your team).
Players whose clubs have a bye week in a given gameweek do not play, and as such earn no points.
Should a player not have an indicator, we are waiting on confirmation of their selection.
You must nominate a captain, vice-captain and kicker for your team from your chosen starting 15.
Your captains score for your team will be doubled. There is no bonus to players selected as vice-captain, unless they inherit the captain's armband over the course of the gameweek.
Your kicker is the only player who can earn points for kicking conversions and penalties. All other players who have earned points during their kicking duties will not have these points attributed to their score for your team.
We've implemented a 4/4 split for subs in this game rather than the 5/3 split used in real life. While this goes against the conventions within the sport, this is an area where we needed to put the balance of the fantasy game first. Having a 4/4 split means each position is covered and provides better overall balance to your squad, as well as ensuring that you are less likely to find yourself without players who are starting at the weekend by putting the onus on a particular position.
We've explored changing this, but the turnover of props throughout the season is high and being so means you are often forced into using your transfers on props. With the setup we have, it gives more flexibility to your transfer choices across your whole squad throughout the season.
Automatic substitutions take place when user team points are processed at the completion of game week fixtures.
Our algorithm does not simply replace like for like over the course of the weekend. It works out how to best utilise the players on your bench to fill those positions vacated by injury or selection, ensuring you receive maximum points. It will not however, alter your starting lineup, rather it will simply fill any holes that have been left through players dropping out.
You will receive a notification to your inbox in the event of any automatic game week substitutions.
In the event that your captain is not chosen to play, your vice-captain will be selected. Should neither your captain or vice-captain play over the course of the gameweek, the highest salary player (who has registered points for the weekend) will be chosen instead.
In the event that your kicker is not chosen to play, the player playing 10 in your team will be chosen in their place.
You can make an unlimited amount of transfers before your first gameweek (and in other rounds where specified below under gameweeks). Once your team has earned points during your first gameweek, you are then limited to releasing 5 players per gameweek - only 2 of these are free though, the remainder will each incur a 20 point transfer penalty. The limits on how many players you can being into your squad are explained above (Picking your squad).
Points deductions are applied at the time game week points are generated, ensuring you have the ability to correct mistakes, or change your mind on any transfers in or out. If you wish to reverse a transfer, simply re-sign or release the player in the same game week.
From time to time, players will leave their clubs. If a player transfers to another club in the same fantasy competition, we will simply update their details and no further action will be taken.
If they transfer out of the fantasy competition, we will remove them from your squad and team selection and reimburse you their salary at that point in time. We will use the notification system (bell in the header menu) to alert you to the fact the player has been removed from your squad.
This will not affect your 2 free gameweek transfers however, ensuring you are not penalised for movements beyond your control, but this could cause you to drop below the required 28 players, so please remain concious of this fact.
The salary of a player will change over the course of the season based on their form, and the amount of game players who have selected that player; player prices will not change before the first gameweek however.
Your squad screen will indicate the salary at which you purchased a player, as well as their current salary. There is no sell-on fee for any profit made on selling players, the players value returns to your budget.
Please also bear in mind that player's fantasy salaries are just that: fantasy; they do not represent a player's true salary.
In the event of fixture cancellation before team announcements, average points will be awarded to all players whose teams would otherwise be playing (and that aren't otherwise involved in a fixture within the same gameweek, an international for example). This average score is that achieved by all starting players throughout a gameweek: it is not determined by position or any other contributing factor, it is simply the average across all starting players. In the instance that teams have been selected and a fixture is cancelled, only those players will earn points; in this case, those selected to start will earn the average points of all remaining starting players, and those selected on the bench will earn the average score of all remaining bench players.
In the event that a fixture is postponed, we will assess the length of any delay, and the impact on the gameweek structure through the remainder of the competition. If information is available, and the fixture can be suitably moved to a different gameweek, we will make the necessary changes. In the event that no postponement is confirmed, or little to no information is available, the fixture will be considered as cancelled.
Players selected in your starting 15 will earn full points, with the exception of your captain who will earn double points, and your kicker, who is the only player to score points for conversions and penalties. A players overall gameweek score may be different if they are their teams chosen kicker but not yours.
Players who are selected on your bench will earn your team half the points they earn during game time.
Where points that players earn are dependent on positions, these are calculated from the position in which the player starts a fixture, not the position for which he is chosen for your team. If you select a flanker as a lock and he plays for his club at flanker, his points will be calculated as a flanker. Further to this, in the event that a player changes position during a fixture, the points are calculated based on his original position at the beginning of the fixture.
Points are only earned during matches in the respective fantasy competition.

You are able to create and join private or public leagues at will once you are signed up to the site.
A private league is invite only, where you compete against your friends. Create a league and then invite users using their email addresses. We do not store email addresses used to invite other users.
There is no limit on the amount of users allowed to compete in a private league, and there is no limit on the amount of private leagues you can compete in.
If you are keen to open up your league to other game users, untick the private option, and users will be able to join your league via the public league list. There are also no limits on public leagues.
Participation of the game automatically enrolls you in the following leagues:
- Overall League: This is the main leaderboard for every user involved in the game.
- Gameweek League: This league shows your comparative gameweek position.
- Supporters League: If you choose a favourite club, you will automatically be entered into a supporters league.
- Country League: Choosing your country of residence in your profile will enter you into a league for your respective country.
In the event of a tie, the user whose account was created earliest takes precedence.
A cup competition where users go head to head runs concurrently with the leaderboards through to the end of the season. The opening round is on or around game week 12, depending on the amount of users playing the game.
Users qualify based on their position in the round previous to that specified as the start round.
Once a game week has concluded, the user with the higher score is declared the victor and continues on to the next round. In the event of a tie, the user whose account was created earliest will progress.
