The Gallagher Premiership is back, and round 7 is upon us. With it comes a raft of changes though; international call ups and injuries have decimated nearly everyone's squads, so be confident in the knowledge that you are not on your own!

One to watch

Willi Heinz is set to make his first Premiership start at home to Leicester this evening, and our projection algorithm has picked him out as the key man for the weekend. Regularly posting 30+ scores in his games through the back end of last season, he looks set to drive Gloucester forward over the international period.

Team to watch

Wasps sit on top of the projected points earnings for this week, and our algorithm has given them a seven point win against Northampton at Franklin's Gardens. Top players to look out for in this fixture are Lima Sopoaga and Thomas Young.

Top captain pick

With so many changes going into this round, it feels like there are few options to choose a captain from, but fear not, Don Armand is still playing. You know what you need to do.

Top value pick

Northampton are at home for the new Midlands derby against Wasps on Saturday, with twenty-three year old David Ribbans the pick of their value players. After several strong performances so far this season, he looks set to be one of the best value players available at the moment.

Food for though

While points and transfers are at a premium as the season is pressing on, do not worry about making changes at this stage. After the upheaval of the international break and the injuries sustained in the league, you really won't be alone in making changes to your side.

As ever, good luck to everyone, and let us know on Twitter or Facebook how you get on!
